フランス・パリ出身の女優。父親は俳優のモーリス・ドルレアック、妹は女優のカトリーヌ・ドヌーヴ。
1964年に封切られた映画『リオの男』と『柔らかい肌』でスターとなる。1967年の映画『ロシュフォールの恋人たち』ではカトリーヌと共演した。
1967年にニース空港に向かう運転中に事故に遭い、25歳で死去した。
