コンスエロ・ベラスケス（Consuelo Velázquez, 1920年8月21日（1916年8月21日?）[要検証 – ノート] – 2005年1月22日）はメキシコの女性作曲家・ピアニスト。17歳の時に世界的な大ヒット作品となる『ベサメ・ムーチョ』（Bésame mucho）を作曲した。他の作品に「カチート（英語版）」など。
日本では1920年8月21日生まれで84歳で亡くなったという報道がなされているが、息子のセルヒオ・リベーラは「1916年西メキシコのハリスコ州シウダ・グスマン（英語版）生まれで、亡くなった時は88歳だった」と証言している。
